Comorbidity is defined as the simultaneous presence of two or more diseases or medical conditions in a patient. The recent COVID-19 Pandemic has exposed the various challenges that exist within communities of Color (B.I.P.O.C) that exacerbated the effects and impact in our communities.

It is our Coalitions desire to be a trusted source to bring information that can assist our community to make sound healthy life choices. Providing Information on topics from hypertension to diabetes, influenza to COVID-19, alcohol use to opioid addiction, and providing training to faith leaders and the community is our goal.
